Jaguars internships offer meaningful educational work experiences designed to meet your academic and career goals. Management and staff will teach and encourage, but it's up to you to bring an enthusiasm to learn. Through this program, you will identify learning goals and work with the Jaguars management to achieve those goals.

The Technology Intern will work with the Technology team on various organizational projects as well as routine administrative and computing support. Duties may include performing end-user support as needed for desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment. This role may be asked to assist with inventories, labeling, organization, cabling, cleaning, computer moves, and administrative duties.

  • Network cabling exposure/troubleshooting

Internship Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship OR have graduated within 18 months of the internship start date
  • Strong computer skills
  • Basic computer networking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Able to climb and work on ladders, as required for the role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Open to repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work well in a team or solo

  • Desire to learn all aspects of IT, vs specialization
  • Microsoft OS support experience
  • Office 365 support experience
  • Network cabling experience
