Job Title: Project Manager II
Location: Houston, Texas
At least 3 years relevant experience required. - Manage all aspects of small to intermediate projects throughout the development lifecycle, including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change. - Work closely with stakeholders and to define project parameters, then translate customer needs into formal requirements, using knowledge of the industry and delivery methodology.- Develop detailed project schedule, resource plan, and status reports, managing task assignment to project resources and reporting on and managing project scope throughout the lifecycle - Interface with all areas affected by the project, including end user, services organizations, vendors and implementations partners. - Review project deliverables for accuracy, and apprise management of risks, issues, and recommended mitigations. - Ensure satisfactory transfer of custody and control of product upon handoff, then close all project documentation and archive appropriate records
Candidate must have prior wireless experience. This role will primarily support and facilitate our National Hardening Program hard cost services. The candidate will be responsible for design and review of A&E drawings in compliance with market and industry standards. Candidate will develop comprehensive scope of work, validate rendered due diligence and prepare bid packages for competitive bid and award of construction services. Candidate will receive post construction closeout documentation, conduct quality assurance inspections, render punch lists and approve acceptance of completed services. Prior generator installation and maintenance experience desired. Basic civil and electrical design, engineering, and construction required.

- Candidates must be able to meet on-site requirements, though the position will likely start as 'remote' we fully EXPECT them to be LOCAL and able to report to our office either part or full time as we deem necessary.
