Job Description:


At least 3 years relevant experience required. Serve as a central point of contact for all associates. IT questions, problems, or request for information of any supported application, utility or system. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems related to operating systems, hardware and software. Provide accurate problem analysis, including business impact, and facilitate implementation of timely solutions. Document problems and conversations to create a log that can be referenced by other technicians and for training purposes.

Intake Information:

Next training class is scheduled for 2/7.

No approved expenses.

Candidates must have an understanding of standard support desk, as well as knowledge of technology is always appreciated.

This position is for the general service desk. So, the support from this team will be for all parts of the organization. This includes: Retail, Care, Business, and Enterprise.

The vendor is responsible for providing work from home needs: Laptop, monitors, mouse, keyboard, docking station. Computer should be Win 10 , anti-virus software program, min 16 GB.

Candidates should be open and flexible for shifts/days worked.

Position will be onsite and onsite requirements must be met.
