We are currently searching for dynamic Customer Service Representatives in College Station for new hire classes starting in January!
This is a WORK-AT-HOME opportunity!
* Normal Business Hours * NO WEEKENDS! NO SALES!
* Fast Paced Work Environment
* Pay: $20 Monolingual and $20.50 Bilingual
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm CST
If you have experience working as a Customer Service Professional and are a self-motivated, multi-tasker who thinks providing excellent customer service is critical in all aspects of business then this is the position for you!
Duties may include:
• Responsible for assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries
• Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows and applications and utilize search tools to find information.
• Demonstrated ability to listen, elicit information efficiently, comprehend and resolve complex customer issues.
• Attention to detail and follows all required scripts and disclosures verbatim and carefully and quickly records all relevant data necessary.
• Maintain a consistent attendance record and positive, courteous attitude.
• At least 1 year of recent customer service experience
• Previous call center experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Must sound professional over the phone
• Ability to meet computer requirements
• Strengths in attention to detail, ability to listen and focus, and multi-tasking.
