The Director of Pricing & Eligibility administers supplier, Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and customer pricing and membership agreements for internal and external partners. O ptimizes contract coverage while ensuring compliance for vendor, GPO and customer agreements. Oversees the chargeback contract setup and maintenance. Collaborates closely with Finance, Sales, Contracting and Operations team to align on pricing strategies and optimization of contract coverage. Proactively works to identify evolving vendor, GPO and customer needs with a strong focus on customer service and pharma relationships.

Essential Functions:
  • Requires strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate a vision and engage people in that vision
  • Provide strategic planning which includes identifying, communicating, and directing critical activities that will enhance operational performance
  • Provides leadership to and be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new efficiency metrics
  • Collaborates with internal and external partners around contract pricing strategies, operations and implementations
  • Ensures all contract pricing processes and procedures are compliant with Sarbanes Oxley
  • As required through the contracting process, provides review of proposed customer, GPO and supplier agreements and provides strategic direction as needed
  • Participates in operational aspects of customer, GPO, and vendor interactions and serves as subject matter expert on operationalization of contracts and analytics
  • Develops repeatable implementation processes that can be expanded and executed against future projects
  • Possesses excellent understanding of GPO Contract Operations and h as a demonstrated ability to maintain a mature, problem-solving attitude when dealing with conflict
  • Embraces an interest in, and enthusiasm for, automation of solutions and its potential for improving departmental and inter-departmental efficiency.
  • Is well organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates the ability to offer clear, concise explanations or instructions - both orally and in written form
  • Other projects and responsibilities as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree required; MBA or another advanced degree preferred. Relevant experience may be substituted for degree, when appropriate
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the areas of contract, pricing, eligibility and chargebacks preferred
  • Advanced analytical, quantitative, and qualitative analysis skills required
  • Modern ERP Software (SAP and/or Oracle) experience preferred
  • Healthcare or pharmacy experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interface with internal and external customers in a profession manner
  • Travel anticipated quarterly to the Lake Mary, FL office location for team meetings quarterly, for approximately one week per quarter


This role requires quarterly travel. You will need to be fully vaccinated in order to travel & meet the requirements for this position.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
