Maintains current provider data to ensure the quality of the network. Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Provider Data. Maintains current provider data for the largest, most complex account structures. Maintains provider data to ensure the quality of the network. Coordinates provider enrollment, and assists with coordination of meetings with providers for training, contracting, and reporting. May be responsible for reporting and tracking provider calls and complaints. Updates directories for all contracted organizations. Issues tend to be routine in nature. Good knowledge and understanding of Provider Data and business/operating processes and procedures. Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision.
This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
