Work Site Dependent Position

This role is Worksite dependent and can only be performed onsite. You must be fully vaccinated if you're to come onsite OR undergo testing twice a week.

Work Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM - Monday through Friday

The Fulfillment Technician position focuses on fulfillment and order accuracy. They provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members. Act as a liaison between pharmacists, inventory groups and site leadership Recognize and recommend improvements to processes and procedures. Uses full knowledge of the job to perform activities that support pharmacy management operations under general supervision in the administration of pharmacy benefit for lines of business.

What you will do:
  • Fulfillment of orders/shipments and/or any other fulfillment tasks.
  • Maintain proctivity and quality standards while adhering to procedures and guidelines.
  • Provide technical assistance and prescription order resolution to team members when needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

What you will need:
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 - 3 years relevant experience.
  • Valid Pharmacy Technician TX state license required.
  • Basic math skills and general PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email required. Strong verbal and written communication skills desired.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  • Ability to learn internal systems, processes and programs as needed.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of complex specialty therapies and processes.
  • Ability to handle high stress situations.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Strong time management skills

$1,600 Sign on bonus offered!! Paid in three installment as follows:
  • $300 at 30 days post hire
  • $300 at 90 days post hire
  • $1,000 at 1 year post hire
