We have two Coaching & Support teams that are closely aligned when working with our Substance Use and Opioid-Pain Management populations. We are looking for individuals who are experienced in working with individuals with multiple comorbidities in mental health, medical and/or substance use disorders. A Motivational interviewing approach is utilized in coaching that allows the case manager focus on decreasing barriers that may be preventing the individual from initiating and/or engaging in behavioral or medical treatment. This approach helps the individual move toward readiness to change and results in the creation of goals that will improve their health and well-being.
