This Clinical Pharmacy Tech Position Features:
• Established Pharmacy Benefits Management company with office location in Irving, TX area offering hybrid positions working in office AND at home.
• Full-time hours, shift between 8am-7pm, availability on some Saturdays and holidays

**ALL candidates MUST HAVE a Pharmacy Associate, Technical degree, or Pharmacy Technician Registry Certificate. Candidates without this WILL NOT be considered. **
**Bilingual Spanish candidates highly preferred**
Clinical Pharmacy Tech will be responsible for taking inbound calls from patients to assist and evaluate all insurance coverage determinations and update their status. Also, making outbound calls to pharmacies, providers, and beneficiaries to speak about coverage determination's decisions. Outstanding communication and customer service skills will be REQUIRED for this kind of position.
The ideal candidate possesses:
*1-2 years of clinical unit experience required
*Pharmacy Technician Registry Certificate
*Medicare knowledge and experience
*Experience with Prior Authorizations + Coverage Determinations
*Excellent phone, written, active listening, and follow-through skills as well as the ability to be self-sufficient and task oriented.
*Knowledge of all Microsoft Office skills is preferred.
*Ability to work in fast paced environment paying close attention to all details and multi-task
