Thriving Construction Firm seeking Assistant to the Project Managers to oversee construction, communication and coordination from blue prints to full build out of projects. This individual must be able to multi task-work form deadlines and know how to prioritize pressing matters.
Ideal candidates will possess leadership and management abilities, with 3 to 5 years experience in the construction industry interacting with contractors and suppliers. Must be able to read blue prints, have interpersonal skills and work well with others.
Responsibilities include field reporting, communicating with on site contractors, architect, submit drawings. Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Revit are optimal computer experience skills.
* Four year degree or comparable on the job experience in the area of construction, drafting, engineering or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years of verifiable construction project management experience
* Ability manage, mentor and guide teams
