Purchasing Analyst - CuraScript SD, Lake Mary, Florida

The Purchasing Analyst is responsible for purchase order and returns management, compliance and audit reporting, and ad-hoc analyses for CuraScript SD. This includes analyzing, monitoring and identifying purchase order, invoice and return issues. This position is responsible for ensuring audit and compliance reports are completed and managed in a timely manner. The purchasing analyst will also support item and vendor master maintenance and ad-hoc projects. The Purchasing Analyst will ensure the supply plan meets or exceeds the needs of the business with minimal or no impact to customer or vendor expectations. This position will support the Purchasing Departments.

What you'll do:
  • Manage day to day follow-up around purchase order discrepancies.
  • Manage day to day follow-up around return discrepancies.
  • Manage day to day follow-up and preparation of price change and purchase order approval audit reports and review.
  • Manage item master and vendor master parameters within TPS and Manhattan systems.
  • Communicate regularly (both written and verbal) with internal and external partner.

What you need:
  • High School Diploma and equivalent is required, BA/BS in relevant field of study is preferred.
  • Strong technical and procedural knowledge of ERP systems and procurement processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and basic Excel skills: basic formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Experience with ERP reporting tools, queries, and business intelligence applications.
  • Ability to identify root cause of issues and address issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to propose solutions.
  • Ability to interface with internal customers in a profession and ethical manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
