Senior Event Producer - Experiential Team - Work at Home, St. Louis, Missouri

Provide exceptional production leadership as a member of the experiential team within Cigna Event's center of excellence. Assist in conceptual development and full production of exceptional events, in person, virtual and hybrid, which consistently push past the expected, solve for the identified business objectives, and further our brand health.

  • Uphold agencies exacting strategic, design, production and technical standards, to deliver flawless event execution
  • Develop an understanding of the business and the target audience to deliver experiences that create understanding, belief, and action
  • Assists in the execution of the Attendee Journey and Experience Design, contributing to all aspects of the audience's experience i.e.: General Session, EXPO, Breakouts, content, communication, hospitality, entertainment, evening events, logistics, room drops, F&B, etc.
  • Manages the production budget and schedule for assigned events
  • Produce high-value client, prospect, partner and employee events, within defined resources
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver strategic and creative solutions
  • Develop positive relationships with business partners and internal customers. Ensure they are happy, appropriately informed and eager to work with us on future initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree, experience in both television and events is preferred
  • 6-8+ years experience producing successful events for audiences of 50-7500+ people
  • Comfortable being the "showrunner" of large, diverse creative, production and technical teams of both internal resources and vendor partners
  • Experience working with multiple production vendors in design, production, and staging/scenic
  • Experience in managing project budgets successfully
  • Experience in General Sessions, Breakouts, EXPO's, Events, Live Television, Celebrity Talent Coordination, and Logistics
  • A positive reputation within the production community
  • If remote or virtual, must be able to travel for business needs once travel is approved

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
