Reporting to the VP of Government Pharmacy, the Program Management Advisor will work as a chief of staff (CoS) - ensuring key priorities for the business are on-track and aligned. This individual will be responsible for establishing the administrative processes (leadership operating cadence, processes/timelines for business updates, key project read-outs, and more to advance key priorities across the organization. The CoS will integrate project and change management concepts throughout day to day processes and be responsible for planning key communicating key information across the team.

Key Job Functions:
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to deliver against key priorities.
  • Responsible for ensuring the successful execution of strategic planning activities and projects such as goal setting and performance monitoring, cross-functional collaboration meetings.
  • Facilitate content development for senior level meetings by working with team leadership and matrixed partners.
  • Support strategic planning processes, working across the team and organization to meet enterprise & segment commitments.
  • Support leadership in annual product bid cycle through program management support.
  • Prepares and presents content pertaining to projects, key priorities, and other content as needed to a variety of audiences (leadership, stakeholders, team members, etc).
  • Activates, prompts, and tracks issue resolution from leadership and business meetings.
  • Act as a connection point between leadership, stakeholders, and matrix partners; providing proactive identification of opportunities and issues that could impact the successful execution of commitments.
  • Manage business inputs into internal and external presentations to SLT, the larger sales organization, and internal/external business partners.
  • Assist with executive meeting management, including: meeting coordination, agenda setting, and action item resolution for leadership meetings.
  • Embeds and independently implements project management and change management concepts across initiatives.
  • Delivers relevant and timely executive summaries on key efforts or projects.
  • Brings the right people at the right time together for planning and execution.
  • Collaborates with leadership to clear blockers and ensure key efforts on-track.


Education & Experience:

The Program Management Advisor will have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business or related field and 4 years related work experience or a combination of experience and advanced education.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication skills - including the design and delivery of presentations and executive summaries.
  • Experience in project management, change management, and planning.
  • Independently leads work - can take high level information or concepts and independently produce actionable plans and deliver results.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships across all levels of the organization, and with external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders across the organization for issue resolution and planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, surface, and solve (both current and future) issues.
  • Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and sessions effectively. Understands how to adjust content for a range of stakeholders.
  • Understands the key priorities with an ability to create action plans, engage key partners, and deliver results.
  • Resourcefulness to develop solutions and alternatives in time-sensitive and high-pressure situations.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.


This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
