We are currently looking to add a Sales Assistant/Bid Coordinator.
Primary responsibility is to support the efforts of the marketing and sales teams by streamlining sales systems, generating weekly and monthly reports, ensuring integrity of data, assisting sales team with events and overseeing marketing timelines and projects.
The position requires someone who is extremely organized, has worked with a CRM, team oriented, follow-through and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Provide support with Vital Factors and Goals & Controls for the Sales Department
•Administratively support for Sales and Marketing Team
•Support Business Developers
•Team player, honest, flexible, and the ability to multi-task
•Bid Coordinating- Bid packages, Bid Calendar, Prequalification paperwork
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
•Salesforce a plus
•Very strong follow-through and problem solving skills
•Must learn to be proficient in various tasks and reporting in Sales Force
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, ethics and integrity
•Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment.
•Highly organized, goal driven and focused on results
•Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
