Role Summary:

This Sales Effectiveness Advisor role is responsible for the day-to-day preparation, execution, distribution and maintenance of meaningful reporting and insights to support the Pharmacy Go-to-Market team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Acts as lead subject matter expert (SME) for all things reporting that support Cigna GTM pharmacy sales.
  • Analyzes and understand business needs and translate into appropriate reporting requirement specifications.
  • Prioritizes reporting efforts to align with business strategic priorities, and market specific needs.
  • Communicate results/insights in both written and verbal form to several difference audiences
  • Identifies and executes potential automation opportunities of current production reporting within
  • Develops new Standard and Ad Hoc reports to support the Pharmacy Sales Team & matrix partners (i.e. Buyer Group Leads, Product, Finance, etc...)
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders regarding Cigna Enterprise data needs to enable migration activities.
  • Establishes and drives the use of best practices to ensure consistency.
  • Apply strong understanding of business acumen and engaged stakeholders for input and feedback as appropriate.
  • Leads effort to synthesize and deliver monthly/quarterly/annual sales results to various stakeholders and matrix partners.

Qualifications
  • Experience working with large data sets utilizing advanced MS Excel functions required
  • Experience with Tableau, Salesforce and/or other data aggregate systems.
  • 3+ years of sales process or client implementation experience required
  • Experience within a Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) highly preferred
  • Some experience with Producer/Broker business model is preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency with all Microsoft applications, including advanced skills in Excel, required
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Knowledge of the Cigna systems and related data stores
  • Ability to aggregate data from multiple sources to produce meaningful reporting
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data including quality review required
  • Ability to take large amounts of data from multiple sources and summarize for diverse audience needs required
  • Experience managing cross-functional mid-scope projects required. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a focus on team's strategy and goals.
  • Relationship management skills; builds and leverages partnerships to achieve team, client and organizational goals
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time


This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
