Business Analyst-eviCore, Franklin, Tennessee

A dynamic role within the Enterprise Data Office's Strategy and Transformation team that will require the successful candidate to apply analytic expertise across business, technical systems and financial domains along with organization, critical thinking, communication, and process skills to support strategic data initiatives. The team's mission is to transform our data architecture to support eviCore's growth and integration with our related companies, which requires analysis of our current state, establishing measurable outcomes, and collaborating within the Strategy team and Delivery teams to define and execute the detailed roadmap, which will require the candidate to support the efforts in a variety of roles and functions as needed to drive success.

Job responsibilities

• Accountable to the Data Strategy Leader for any analysis required to support the Data Strategy and Transformation team, which will include business, systems, and financial analysis.
• Analyze business needs, technical systems, and financial data to support effective planning, road-mapping, tracking, backlog refinement, testing, and value delivery.
• Support planning and the day-to-day progress and execution of initiatives in order to ensure on-time delivery of committed value
• Act as an Agile Product Owner or facilitator as needed by actively managing the backlog, risks and dependencies for one or more Delivery teams
• Assist with coordination of Strategy team activity internally with Delivery and Support teams, and with external vendor teams
• Deliver committed scope and value objectives on-time, with high-quality
• Demonstrate proven capability to be disciplined and flexible at the same time
• Support and lead processes improvement efforts across teams
• Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering
• Understand, apply, promote and contribute to eviCore delivery methodologies, standards and tools
• Gain recognition as a trusted advisor / leader with customers and stakeholders at all levels and areas of the organization
• Listen and effectively communicate with clarity, precision and transparency
• Mentor and assist team members in analytic tasks

Minimum Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of strong Analytic experience traversing domain areas inclusive of Business Requirements analysis, Technical Systems analysis, Data analysis, Financial and Budgeting analysis, and Process analysis.
• 1-3 years of strong experience creating analysis and BI output in tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, SQL, or Qlik.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Visio.
• Solid background in assessing quality and completeness of business and functional requirements.
• Experienced in Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and/or Azure DevOps
• Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects, activities and tasks under time constraints.
• Exceptional communication, teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment.
• Able to develop relevant metrics for project delivery and program value, and use metrics as basis for communication and continuous improvement.
• A self-motivated team player who thrives on challenges, is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and is ready to grow with a company.

Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirement:
Bachelor's degree with relevant experience required

Master's Degree is a plus

Lean, Six-Sigma or similar process improvement certifications a plus

Agile Scrum Master and/or Product Owner or similar Certification(s) a plus
