The Spa Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the facility to include operations, financial objectives, sales and marketing initiatives, staffing, training, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Responsible for staffing, training, and building a cohesive team for the spa facility
Involved in hiring, reviewing and firing of staff
Ensures staff provides the highest level of customer service
Strives for long-term customer relationships, excellent customer satisfaction, and monitors customer feedback,
Establishes service and retail goals for staff and provides guidance on how to achieve the set goals
Cultivates and maintains healthy relationships with vendors
Ensures the facility meets the highest degree of sanitation and tidiness
Monitors spa equipment for proper use, proper care, and any maintenance issues
Constantly assesses the services provided and retail items to ensure the needs of the customer are being met
Reviews daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports to ensure financial goals are being met
Oversees spa operations making sure all operational protocols are being met by the staff as services are performed
Provides training opportunities for all staff
Conducts regular employee meetings to communicate and reinforce spa expectations, new procedures, current protocols, facility cleanliness, etc.
Maintains optimal inventory levels for retail and supplies by monthly counts, timely "back bar", and ordering when necessary
Elevates and delegates tasks to Assistant Manager and Spa Concierge in effort to increase productivity
