The Sales Operations Advisor - Supplemental Health Solutions is a field-based role complementary to the Director of Sales Operations (DSO) for the Supplemental Health Solutions Sales team. This role is internally oriented with a focus on the marketplace as well as local office interaction. The role manages strategic priorities and projects, including but not limited to sales reporting and analysis, sales support and education, distribution relations, and lead prospecting.

Responsibilities:
  • Assists the DSO and Sales Distribution Lead in the development and execution of the Supplemental Health Sales Strategy.
  • Assists in development and drives the execution of the Plan and projection reporting activity.
  • Collaborates with matrix partners to develop and manage appropriate KPI reporting.
  • Monitors operating expense improvement metrics.
  • Assists in providing appropriate reporting for MORs.
  • Works with DSO, Regional Finance partners and NA Finance partners to report, analyze and synthesize monthly reporting.
  • Works with Account Management teams to ensure Book of Business information is kept current and accurate.
  • Maintains Marketing Campaign tracking on brokers, informing Sales Directors of outreach opportunities.
  • Drive and manage sales education initiatives.
  • Coordinates Training and Development for new members to the Supplemental Health Solutions sales team.


Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytics and reporting.
  • Proven track record in influencing throughout the matrix environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities to meet reporting needs.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.


This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
