Experience Required:
-Must have quick-serve restaurant industry experience
-Must have experience managing multiple restaurants within a restaurant organization
-Bilingual Spanish is a must

Skills required:
-Able to coach restaurant managers for optimal restaurant performance, customer service standards, and teamwork
-Proven people and restaurant management skills
-Able to build and maintain positive and cooperative relationships with all staff
-Able to interact positively with customers, and convey they are important
-Must be well-organized, efficient, and effective
-Able to conduct restaurant inspections to ensure health, cleanliness, and safety standards are being followed
-Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and food safety standards
-Be able to run, review, and interpret payroll and inventory reports
-Conduct cash audits, review all deposits, and analyze all financial reports
-Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Position involves travel to various locations in Los Angeles, Orange County, and Nevada. The role involves long hours. Direct hire.
