Digital Mobile Product Manager

Cigna is looking for an extremely smart, creative, and capable product manager with strong cross functional and influencing skills. Winning candidates will have experience creating business and technical/functional requirements for development, working closely with individual product owners across the Cigna Digital organization and liaising closely with the design team to create immersive customer centric mobile experiences.

The Digital Mobile Product Manager (Experience Owner) will have responsibilities ranging from strategy and planning to operations and delivery within the digital portfolio at Cigna -- with a heavy emphasis on successful delivery and collaboration across other product teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Be a key leader of the end to end digital customer experience as it relates to mobile from UX design and copy to findability, understanding, performance, and NPS.
  • To be a successful Digital Product Manager at Cigna, we require someone with the following proven capabilities:
    • Create and manage the product roadmap for applicable applications and systems.
    • Evaluate and prioritize potential new features leveraging Voice of Customer Feedback, Call Center Data, and Digital Analytics via SQL/queries.
    • Define business solutions, rules, and data requirements for new functionality.
    • Manage the creation of architectural solutions that fit the business vision.
    • Drive the design vision through the design teams to create user friendly UI/UX.
    • Write detailed product requirements and design specifications for development of new products and features.
    • Work with development team on solution design, implementation tactics, and schedule of deliverables.
    • Define product and business KPIs measuring user engagement and results.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Data-minded with A/B testing experience
  • Demonstrated history of using data to drive product development roadmap
  • 7+ years of digital product management/development experience
  • Experience with digital transformation and delivery of future state
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies & mobile app architecture (e.g. Native, React Native, etc.)
  • Experience with digital tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Invision and Confluence
  • Entrepreneurial spirit + the ability to deliver and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • Comfortable and effective working across multiple business units, including Product, Engineering, and Sales
  • Analytical, organized, and an independent problem-solver
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Internet industry (web + mobile) experience preferred; digital healthcare experience preferred
