Is optimizing e-commerce your passion? Thrive off running a/b tests on conversion rates, building world-class experiences and squeezing every last ounce of traffic through optimizing the checkout funnel? How about working for a company on a mission to make medicine safer, more affordable, and accessible for millions of Americans? If this sounds like a good fit Cigna is looking for a high-caliber, positive, and innovative leader to join our Online & Mobile Product and Planning team.

In this role you will lead a team at the forefront of our customer experience, working directly with engineering teams, experience design and stakeholders across our company on flagship digital properties such as Express-Scripts.com, MilitaryRx.Express-Scripts.com, Accredo.com, MyMatrixx.com, Evicore.com and more to improve the experience they provide.

Focused on the post-authentication experience revolving around pharmacy and e-commerce, you will use data to drive the right outcomes through enhancements to these sites/apps and their integration with other channels to drive growth. You'll need to know the KPIs that matter inside and out, evangelizing why a proposed change could drive the outcome that pushes our business forward.

Essential Functions:
  • Lead, coach, recruit, curate and directly manage the agile product managers and delivery managers for this space focused on post-authentication pharmacy e-commerce funnels.
  • Dive into data to provide thought leadership about what gaps in the experience should be solved, IE do we need to prioritize improving our accepted payment methods? How about adding guest checkout? Or overhauling our retail to mail conversion funnel? If you are effective here you will have an opinion based on data that you will get stakeholder buy in to act on it.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to strategize the highest return improvements on these assets and set prioritized roadmaps based on projected capacity.
  • Juggle the priorities of stakeholders from different lines of business, partnering with them to drive a common understanding as to why the work getting done (or neglected) is what it is, and pivoting as a group when appropriate.
  • Comfortable tailoring the presentation, and challenging when appropriate, a wide range of audiences from large groups to tight knit circles of c-suite executives.
  • Drive the team and ensure all are working towards a common goal, ultimately delivering value by prioritizing product demand, backlog and the execution of engineering efforts.
  • Provide leadership to support agile teams by handling impediments and potential roadblocks. Provide oversight of development functions including business requirements, systems and process flow analysis, meeting critical milestones and deliverables that are time and scope boxed.
  • Provide customers with technical product attributes that fulfill unexpressed wants through a creative, intuitive and data-based understanding of the market and technical capability.
  • Optimize execution by collaborating with designers and lead engineers to craft the domain technical roadmap while assessing multiple portfolio requests and technical team needs.

Qualifications :
  • 3+ years of prior leadership experience, leading leaders preferred.
  • Background in product management in the digital and customer experience space with a history of leading the execution and launch of high-profile initiatives.
  • Experience in execution of digitally integrated marketing campaigns and search engine optimization.
  • Prior firsthand experience using data via analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics to provide insight into customer behavior.
  • Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders to identify and champion KPIs that are vital to shift.
  • Experience working in technology and with software engineering, you don't have to know how to code but you need to be fluent enough to carry a technical conversation.
  • Knowledge of agile methodology and experience working with modern software engineering teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
