A great company in Southaven is looking to add Customer Service Specialists to their team. This role is ideal for someone looking to get their start in a career. Someone with basic computer savvy and the ability to empathize and diffuse situations would do well here.
This role will have a lot of customer follow up via texts, calls and emails. They are looking for those with great time management skills, who are goal oriented, with great multitasking skills. This customer care specialist has to be compassionate and decent with Excel and able to handle all calls with a level of professionalism. Employees are required to use multiple software programs to complete, track, and document the process.
This role offers a bonus incentive for performance on top of the hourly pay. This is not a typical call center role an d requires someone who is a contributor and able to work in a fast pace environment as they will be rolling from one customer to the next resolving issues, updating accounts, taking payments and confirming orders.
• Bachelor's degree desired
• Previous sales and customer services experiences desired • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Strong communication skills in assisting, coordinating, and collaborating with team members
