Growing and Dynamic Company seeking MULTIPLE Administrative Sales Assistant's to support the E-Commerce and Marketing Department.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE
Place orders via computer sales order process. Maintain and build relationships with potential customers. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Creating and updating various forms, spreadsheets, and sales trackers on a regular and as needed basis
•Compiling and sending sales support documents to field sales reps and merchandisers. Compiling and formatting audit data in Excel
•Creating, formatting and updating multiple sales reports in Excel
•Implementing, tracking, and follow-through on reports and projects to and from the field utilizing Outlook and Excel. Be prepared to design & assist on PowerPoint presentations for vendor meetings, sales team meetings, etc.
•Assist in planning monthly sales meetings (includes unpacking and preparing samples for each sales team member)
MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE. Minimum of 2 years Administrative, Operations or Sales Assistant role. Knowledge of Abode Programs a huge plus (Creative Suite, Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, In-Design). Excellent planning, organizational, and project/timeline management skills. Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
A High School Diploma or GED. Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
