A well known organization is looking to grow their team with a Customer Support Represent Bilingual in Spanish. The ideal candidate will come with the ability to switch gears quickly with very little direction. As the Customer Support Representative, You will be the face of the company and set the tone for the full customer experience. The Customer Support Representative will be charge with the following, but not limited to: Demonstrate excellent customer service Demonstrate passion, active listening, and empathy in all interactions to achieve the company's objectives Respond to customer requests (phone, web, ecommerce, Live Support chat, email, fax, etc.) for information, quotes, orders, cancellations, expedites, proof-of-delivery, usage or other system queries following company procedures.
Be proactive in confirming our ability to meet customer requirements for open transactions. Identify and participate in continual process improvements. Education/ Qualifications: High School Diploma 2 or 4 year degree in a related program (e.g. communication, marketing, and/or business, technical) is preferred Customer service or related experience in a Technical industry or distributorship Proficient in Microsoft office suite Strong verbal and written communication skills Conflict Resolution skills Ability to multi-task Action oriented personality
