AppleOne is assisting a stable/growing company in finding their next Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Here are the details:

The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated, team player with a can-do attitude, and an ability to work independently, and excel, as the frontline
employee in a fluid, fast paced and high-pressured atmosphere.

The selected applicant will have professional experience in handling agency calls from those seeking help or information, be skilled in Microsoft Office programs, be able to work 9am -6pm Monday-Friday, with flexibility in schedule, if required for special projects and events.

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is mandatory.

Qualifications:
??Detail-oriented with strong notetaking, proofreading and editing skills.
??Professional appearance, attitude and conduct.
??Capable of thinking outside the box, is a problem solver, and takes initiative on projects and assignments.
??Excellent computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases, using programs such as Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint,Excel, Access, etc.
??Proven track record meeting challenges and deadlines while managing the day-to-day workflow.
??Must have strong organization, data entry, and communication skills; aptitude in managing diversified tasks simultaneously, and the ability to work as a team player in adherence with agency protocols.
??Personable and skilled in conveying information, verbally and in writing.
??Proficient in word processing, email, internet searching, and spreadsheets using programs such as Microsoft Office.
??Type 50 wpm with minimal errors.
??Savvy with social media (FB, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
??Professional experience answering telephone lines and appropriately routing calls.
??Knowledge of general office machines and systems, including data entry, email, filing, scanning, mail processing, and other general office duties.
Primary Responsibilities:
??Primary responsibility for answering telephone lines and appropriately routing calls and accurately recording data in associated agency databases.
??Maintain complete and up to date knowledge of Agency programs, publications, awareness campaigns, resources and services.
??Assist with monthly/annual reports in accordance with Agency requirements and contract obligations.
??Prepare monthly binder documentation for state government reporting submissions (includes ensuring timely submissions of binder contents from
designated agency staff).
??Assist in the preparation and organization of events/meetings/trainings/webinars, including registrations, course evaluations, and certificate delivery upon successful completion.
??Maintain office calendar and schedules all staff travel in accordance with state travel guidelines.
??Provide administrative and general office supports for agency Directors and staff.
??Responsible for oversight of all office management, including building maintenance, office supplies, equipment, etc., including ensuring all office
supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly on a daily basis.
