Summary

The International Markets Data & Analytics team is a key success enabler of our business across the globe. The Head of Data Measurement & Reporting will lead a global team of analysts that promote a data-driven business culture by enabling self-service reporting capabilities through modern business intelligence (BI) analytics tools and methods. The successful candidate will align stakeholders to the development and deployment of analytic solutions that drive measurable business value.

Responsibilities
  • Determine data and measurement reporting scope and methods, and use agile tools for planning and delivery
  • Define business metrics and curate enterprise reporting using common taxonomy and SME resources to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Design and implement automated, scalable and efficient reporting capabilities to simply & visually communicate business risks & opportunities
  • Promote self-service capabilities that enable data-driven decision making
  • Analyze data quality, quantify business impact data issues and recommend required data, system and process actions and remediation
  • Leverage automation tools & capabilities to improve all data management processes
  • Manage operations model to ensure continuous and efficient data management
  • Establish an automated "audit ready" implementation process using standards, policies, controls and metrics to meet regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Migrate legacy system reporting into target state cloud-based data & analytics environment
  • Partner with Global Data & Analytics Team to drive alignment with strategy & best practices


Qualifications
  • Expertise in business intelligence tools, and designing, reporting, and delivering analytics with deep knowledge of Tableau in an enterprise deployment is required. Knowledge of Tableau in a multi-region, cloud-based (AWS) environment is desired.
  • Ability to transition from legacy reporting tools (Crystal/Business Objects) to more current BI toolset
  • Experience managing reporting analyst teams, including coaching and teaching new skills
  • Utilize agile capabilities for planning, prioritization and delivery (Features, Epics and User Stories) and monitoring progress, issues and solutions
  • Working knowledge and experience in data management capabilities (data governance, data quality, metadata management, master data management, data lifecycle management and data lineage)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage business production support, enhancements, data governance, data quality issues against milestones and tasks within a change management framework and a result-driven customer service ethos
  • Knowledge and experience of quantitative analysis and methodologies
  • Experience in the management and analysis of large datasets and of presenting the results of analysis to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required when collaborating with business partners throughout the development, testing and implementation stages of the project life cycle
