Responsibility of this role is to supervise the Customer Service Team Representatives and manage special programs contracted by our manufacturers.

Essential Functions:
  • Monitor the daily activities performed by the Customer Service team to include attendance, telephone coverage, and daily workflow of incoming orders/correspondence to confirm completed by end of day.
  • Work with the internal support teams to complete processes as needed to resolve issues.
  • Monitor the shipment tracking to make sure all orders are delivered timely. Work with carrier to resolve delivery issues - includes after hours if needed.
  • Monitor the Emergency shipments from the Accredo branches and assist the NCSC-includes after hours if needed.
  • Train the Customer Service Team on new processes and complete re-training as required.
  • Complete Customer Service Rep Audits of orders and customer set ups--reporting on a monthly basis.
  • Perform coaching with the CS representative as needed.
  • Set up processes (work instructions as needed) and audit the special programs contracted by manufacturers. This includes several products with REMS requirements.
  • Perform manufacturer audits/monthly reports are required by manufacturer contracts.
  • Manage special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task while managing a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead and coach a team
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Excel and Word Knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years relevant operations experience
  • Previous leadership experience
